Nose: Stunning aroma, with hints of graham cracker, vanilla and oak, as well as a slight floral scent.
Palate: Incredibly smooth on the palate, with notes of creamy butterscotch, maple and brown sugar.
Finish: lingering and soft, displaying flavors of applesauce, cinnamon and cedar wood.

Canadian Mist is a brand of blended Canadian whisky produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation.It is distilled in Collingwood, Ontario, under the guidance of master distiller Harold Ferguson.The mash bill contains corn, rye, and malted barley. It is triple-distilled using a continuous distillation process, and it is aged in charred white oak barrels in a temperature-controlled facility.
